Update on Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. Leadership
Since we announced HP will be separating into two new industry-leading Fortune 50 companies, we have been working diligently to ensure that both HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise are set up for success.
We are excited about the progress we’ve made and today we’re happy to share the first level of leadership for both companies. As we continue through this transition year, we will operate as HP and are focused on minimizing disruption to customers, partners and employees.
The following details the roles of the first level executives for each company.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise
- Meg Whitman will be President and CEO
- Tim Stonesifer will be Chief Financial Officer
- Chris Hsu will be Chief Operating Officer and will lead the Hewlett Packard Enterprise separation efforts
- John Schultz will be the General Counsel
- Henry Gomez will be the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer
- John Hinshaw will be the Chief Customer Officer and lead Technology & Operations
- Martin Fink will be the Chief Technology Officer and lead Hewlett Packard Labs
- Alan May will lead Human Resources
- Mike Nefkens will lead the Enterprise Services Group
- Antonio Neri will be the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Group
- Robert Youngjohns will lead the Software Group
- Jim Murrin will lead Corporate Strategy
- Bob Mao will be the Chairman of HP China

- Dion Weisler will be the President and CEO
- Cathie Lesjak will be the Chief Financial Officer
- Jon Flaxman will be the Chief Operating Officer
- Shane Wall will be the Chief Technology Officer

- Enrique Lores will lead the Imaging and Printing and Solutions Group
- Ron Coughlin will lead the Personal Systems Group
- Stephen Nigro will lead the 3D Printing Group

- Pradeep Jotwani will lead Strategic Business Development
- Christoph Schell will lead the Americas region
- Nick Lazaridis will lead the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions
